AUSTIN (KXAN) — On Saturday, the Austin Police Department confirmed a person died following an incident near Sixth Street and Congress Avenue.
APD said officers responded to a shoot/stab service call at 2:35 a.m. The incident is being investigated as a homicide, according to police.
It is unknown if police will provide additional details surrounding the incident.
